Conditions: Cover - All around the edges have minimal wear, the issues are more with the corners of the cover. Mainly the top right corner the page is bent and also the bottom right corner. Inside - the bent corner pages continue to be an issue. There are no page numbers found, so about 7-8 pages have a tiny little hole torn toward the bottom corner of the pages. Back cover - has the bent corners, the all around the edging is in great shape. Comes with it's vintage plastic cover. See pictures for more details on the condition. Smoke free home.
