The previous owner stated that these were never installed and are in a sense new. Cosmetically, they have scratches/scuffs on exterior so they've definitely had some wear during storage. We are general resellers, due to lack of equipment/knowledge we cannot know to a certainty the accuracy of the previous owners statements. Out of abundance of caution we are selling as used.
