Description: This listing is for one (1) Aloe kedongensis shown in a 4 inch pot (pot and soil not included in offer). The plant in the photos is the exact plant you will recieve. This is a tall and lanky, readily offsetting species, so make sure you can offer it enough space as it keeps growing! Aloes do best when kept in gritty, well-drained soil (amended with porous material such as perlite, pumice, scoria, turface, permatill, etc), are given at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight or under a grow light, and water only when the leaves become thin and start curling inwards on themselves. Species like this one prefer to stay drier in the cold months, and more water can be given during their growing season in the warmer months. Most species and hybrids are not cold hardy, temperatures below 40F can be damaging, and anything below freezing will kill them! I currently ship within the CONTINENTAL US ONLY. I cannot provide phytosanitary at the moment, so if you are outside of the continental states, then I apologize, I cannot ship to you, but I hope to in the future. I ship my plants bare root, so do not fret if they arrive a little stressed and dehydrated (previously mentioned thin, folded leaves). Just get them potted up asap and a light drink, and they will bounce back. I pack them snug to limit movement as much as possible to prevent damage during shipping, though it isn't impossible for damage to occur. If any plants are damaged on arrival (aside from any blemishes or miscellaneous scarring clearly shown in listing photos), please notify me and send pictures, and we will go from there on the best course of action depending on how bad the damage is. I do have heat packs available in the shop for those cold temps of the winter months. I currently have a flat shipping rate, $11 because I use Priority Mail with USPS. I will message you with your shipping details as I currently cannot print shipping labels from home, because of this, I will provide you with your tracking number the same day I drop it off at the post office. If you purchase more than one item from me and shipping does not combine and you end up paying the $11 more than once, I will refund any shipping overage! Thanks for checking out my plants! If you have any questions feel free to send me a message either here or on my Instagram, @f4irys.g4rden. Happy planting!
