The hardcover of Toth: Black & White, much less with the dust jacket in tact, is nearly impossible to find. Note that the back of the dust jacket on Toth: Black & White states that this is a signed and numbered limited edition book. Only 500 copies were made! However, the signature and number were signed by artist Toth and publisher Manuel Auad on a special illustrated autograph plate. That plate is not included. If I ever find it, I will reach out to the buyer and offer it directly.
