Description: Alessandro High-End Products Hand-wired Service for: Fender '65/'68 Princeton Reverb Amplifiers We remove your stock printed circuit board wired amp and upgrade it with our Alessandro Hand-wired Service -Remove the inferior printed circuit board, pot and jacks, then build a custom hand-wired point-to-point board -High quality potentiometers, capacitors and wire are used in our Hand-wired service, more akin to the vintage black-face amps. Rebuilt from the ground up, just reusing some of the transformers, chassis, tube sockets and a few other parts. All to capture the sound and feel of the iconic, vintage amp, in a new, more versatile and more reliable form. -We will re-use the tubes from your amp, otherwise we’ll contact you about using new replacements for any faulty, worn out or problematic tubes (any tubes that need to be replaced will incur an up charge). -Custom proprietary Alessandro epoxy/glass laminate, mill spec. board is used to wire the circuit using audio grade silver eutectic solder, Alessandro high-end made in Germany proprietary coupling, filter, and bypass caps, silver mica caps in audio path, new CTS pots, PTFE/Teflon coated silver plated wire (same as used on Alessandro High-End Products amplifiers) and switchcraft jacks. -Carbon resistors in audio path for proper tone and film resistors in power supply for quiet, reliable operation. -Upgraded speaker lead with high-quality speaker cable (optional) -Speaker can be upgraded with one of our Eminence Alessandro Designed Speakers at the Customer’s Request (Alnico and Ceramic Options Available, 1x12" Speaker Baffle Conversions also available for '65 PRRI's Only) Can be wired to '65 Blackface spec or '68 Custom Spec at Customer's request, otherwise we will wire accordingly depending on what amp you send in. The photos above show a Fender PRRI combo after it has been upgraded with our Handwire Service, last photo is one loaded with a 12" SC64 after the baffle conversion.
