This shaft measures just about 38 5/8" and will play about 39.25" in your Adams or Taylormade hybrid head. The shaft has a very nice, but a little dry, black/white Taylormade Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip. The shaft is in very good condition with just normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scratches, and scuffs. I have over 99% positive feedback so buy with confidence.
