Description: Service Manual – AERONCA 7A Champion – February 1946 Perfect scanned copy. 50 pages scanned as high resolution TIF images and then digitally cleaned page by page. The Aeronca Model 7 Champion, more commonly known as the Champ, is a single-engine, two-seat, fixed conventional gear airplane. Designed for flight training and personal use, it entered production in the United States in 1945. The 7AC was the first version of the design and used the Continental A-65-8 engine of 65 horsepower. It featured a conventional landing gear configuration, with shock absorption in the main gear provided by oleo struts. A total of 7200 model 7AC’s were built. This is the Aeronca Service Manual issued for the aircraft and was published in February 1946 by the Aeronca Aircraft Corporation of Middletown Ohio. The manual includes numerous detailed multipage foldout diagrams and a number of promotion photographs of the Champion. Also included on the CD is an Adobe Acrobat version of the manual for easy browsing (Adobe Reader 7.0 supplied on the CD). Comes in a nicely printed Jewel case. Also available on USB.
