Featuring a happy little figure mounted to a sturdy cardboard base, snowman wears a red cone spun cotton hat and feet - he has little painted features, berry nose, and a bit of greenery mounted on his chest as shown - body is covered in composition with a dusting of mica. Unmarked, but reflecting the original price of 20 cents, I'm guessing Japan in origin. Condition is very nice with no damage other than a hint of wear to his face - I can see old yellowed glue between his body and feet, but this appears original.
