This is an adorable mascot that would have had a cigar in his mouth and would have likely hung over a display of fine cigars. There are small chips present on the nose, right eyebrow, top of head, and mouth, along with a subtle paint repair on the nose. The mouth would have held a cigar or matches but the the spot on the side of his mouth is empty and there is a lack of paint.
