Description: This listing is for an adjustable snap disc temperature control for fireplace, fireplace insert, pellet stove, gas stove, and wood stove fans and blowers. Electrical terminals are standard 1/4" quick-connect. Switch closes on temperature rise, and this set point is adjustable from 90 to 130 degrees F. The switch opens when the temperature falls 20 degrees below the set point (in other words, a fixed 20 degree differential). This allows the blower to come on automatically as the fireplace or stove heats up, and shuts off the blower when the fire dies down and the stove cools. No more cool, drafty air from the stove blower or fan! Important: This temperature control has a bakelite body, so do not mount in a location where the temperature can exceed 350°F.
