Damien is also an Accredited Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).Niall Lawless is a Chartered Arbitrator and Engineer, Adjudicator and Mediator, and he has been involved with resolving international commercial disputes valued in excess of US$50 million.
