575 650 750 SPEED MIGHTY RACE DEMON REBUILD KIT MECHANICAL SECONDARY BG BLACK

Description: This is a rebuild kit for the 4150 BG Barry Grant and Demon 575 650 and 750 carburetors including the Speed Demon, Mighty Demon and Race Demon. This kit does not come with a power valve . Both the metering block and fuel bowl gaskets are the new black reusable ones. An extra set of paper needle and seat gaskets are included for float adjustments . These kits also are now coming with v iton mixture screw orings and a set of loose v iton needle and seat orings. Will also fit the 575 and 750 carburetors as well as the RS series 675 and 775 carburetors. Please note: Be careful of other vendors generically classifying their rebuild kits as being for the 650 Demon as many of them do not have the correct main body to base gasket or inlet fitting gaskets. Our kit also comes with the o-rings for the sight glasses that use the clip for a retainer and for the older ones that screwed in. This kit is only for the 1 1/116 butterfly carburetors and will not work on the 825 and larger with the 1 3/4 butterfly but we do have those in another listing in our store. We also offer this kit with a power valve as well. Please note that the metering block and bowl gaskets are a true coated gasket that start out as a standard paper one and then gets a protective coating on it to be compatible with modern fuels unlike the cheaper imported gaskets being sold claiming to be coated. The last picture shows the difference between our coated gasket on the left and the imported "coated" gasket on the right which is not and just a thick paper gasket. Made in the U.S.A. These parts are manufactured by Walker Products which was one of the original Barry Grant / Demon vendors that was used prior to 2011 and the same components that your carburetor would have been originally built with when new.
