The coloration may arrive dull or less colorful compared to the photos due to a number of reasons such as:Stressful shipping processNew environment or surroundingsNonoptimal temperatures or water parametersIf this does occur, we recommend acclimating the shrimp to the new water parameters and temperatures. This process may take about a week or more for them to fully regain their coloration. Please keep in mind that they are trying to adjust to their new environment, but with the optimal care and diet it will allow them to recover quickly.Dead Upon Arrival Policy (DOA)If your shrimp arrived dead upon arrival or unwell, we highly recommend for our customers to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that all orders include an extra shrimp. This is provided just in case some arrive DOA. In order to receive a partial refund depending on the severity of the damage we require the following:A clear picture of all of the dead shrimp in one picturePhotos of them when they first arrived preferred (provides a smoother refund process)Multiple photos are allowed, but it is required to have at least one clear picture of all the dead shrimp (allows a smooth refund process)The quantity of how many snails have arrived DOAOnce these requirements have been fulfilled we will begin the refund process which depends on the severity of your order.
