This process may take about a week or more for them to fully regain their coloration. Please keep in mind that they are trying to adjust to their new environment, but with the optimal care and diet it will allow them to recover quickly.Dead Upon Arrival Policy (DOA)If your shrimp arrived dead upon arrival or unwell, we highly recommend for our customers to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that all orders include an extra shrimp. This is provided just in case some arrive DOA.
