The American Oak pieces are ready to be used in your smoker/grill or to char to your desired level for your alcohol aging/flavoring project.Each piece is hand selected and chopped which gives at least 2 sides rough cut which will add some great surface area.Pieces are approximately 2"-3" long x 1.25" wide x .25"-.5" thick and will vary slightly in size.
