5 1/8" Antique Kestner All Bisque Jointed Girl Doll #150 Brown Eyes on Rocker

Description: Hello and welcome to my auction. Up for auction today is this precious little 5 1/8" All bisque doll by Kestner. Incised on the back of her head 150 4 1/2 0. This doll has been part of my collection for years now and was on display in my glass case out of the sun. Due to financial necessity, I am having to sell some of my doll collection. The doll is in good condition for her age. There are no visible hairlines or cracks, she does have the smallest chip out of the top of her right leg on the back side of the doll and she is missing her right thumb. I put a light into the head of the doll and there are no visible hairlines. She has dark brown open/close eyes on rocker, that work well. Open mouth with teeth. Original wig with coiled braids. Wig is very sparse on top and in the back, but the coils are still there on each side of her head. Her original plaster pate is attached to the wig. The doll is dress in a very old hand sewn dress which has yellowed with age. I have not tried cleaning for fear of damaging it. Her stand will be included. Feel free to ask questions if you have any. I will ship her in a nice sturdy box with tissue, bubble wrap and packing peanuts for a safe journey to her new home, as well as stuffing her head. Please be careful when removing the stuffing from the head not to damage the rocker. Please keep in mind this doll is not a toy, but a collector's item.
