Description: THIS purchase is for 47 "real" acorns with caps. They are buffed, & sealed AND come with the caps already glued on. When I'm dividing my acorns every year into "small"...."medium"......& "large".......sometimes an acorn will fall in between sizes. I.e...a little larger than the regular "small sizes.......or too small to put in the "medium" pile.....etc. So I just set them aside and when I get a set of them I sell them on their own here! And that means YOU get a few more acorns for a little less money! The acorns you SEE in the pictures are the EXACT 47 acorns that you will RECEIVE! I"ve done the work for you. I picked them before they EVER hit the ground so they are both dirt AND pest FREE. I inspected each one to make sure it had NO cracks or damage. I roasted them so they're perfectly dry and ready for your craft project. I hand buffed each one to bring out their natural color variations. I individually glued the caps on each of them, AND I sprayed them with a satin clear coat to protect the finish! I've provided one picture with several of them in my hand to give you a good perspective on size. Just for fun, I've even included a picture of the largest oak trees on our land where the largest acorns came from.
