4 Vintage Lefton Holiday Choir Angel Figurines Decked Out for Christmas 1 Price

Description: These 4 vintage angel figurines are simply adorable. They appear to be Christmas caroling and spreading cheer. Decked out in Christmas green floor length gowns with red trim at the hemline and tiny red stars on the dress. The sleeves and collar are white. Two hold a golden bell with a red ribbon, one a gold candle, and one a candy cane. Their wings are white with golden accents on the front side. The figurines are approximately 4x3” and have a matte and/or semi glossy finish. Each is slightly different, which is a reflection of the hand painted nature of vintage figurines. The facial expressions are priceless and add to the charm. It’s not always you get such character in the look. Each are marked on the bottom with the gold embossed Lefton China seal, Hand Painted, and numbered KW4836. 3 of the angels have the red and gold foil tag, Lefton Trade Mark Exclusives Japan. That particular tag was used by Lefton from 1960 to 1983, although Lefton continued to be produced in Japan until the 70s. Production in the 80s and beyond moved to Taiwan and Malaysia. These figurines were most likely produced in the 60s, based on the identifying markers. There does not seem to be any flaws, therefore I give them an excellent 5-star vintage rating. You will notice some of the green paint on sleeves and neckline are not exactly painted with an even stroke, but vintage and hand painted it is! This , which adds character. *Please note. These figurines are vintage hand painted items so crazing, fading, or paint production flaws are expected. For any obvious imperfections, see description above. In addition, I will report any scratches, chips, or repairs I see. Please review the pictures with care, and ignore any lighting glares. I am happy to send additional ones if needed.
