"The Flower of the North" dated 1912 is a first edition has a 3" tear on the spine but it is intact, and it shows wear on the edges, corners, and spine. "The Ancient Highway" is from 1925 and is in good solid condition, though a bit dusty on the top of the pages. "The Gentleman of Courage" dated 1924 has the original owners' name on the top of the first page and shows wear at the corners and spine.
