Description: HypheX extruder Our plastic 3D filament extruder is a desktop version with a maximum capacity of 5 kg of plastic per hour and with 5 heating zones and a nozzle temperature display for the best control of production. We also do not want to make any compromises, which is why we have developed the extruder with the maximum range of use and the best parameters in this category. Our extruder also has a sensor to read the temperature of the nozzle for the correct temperature of the molten plastic in the barrel. The nozzle is sold with optional hole inside for the different materials. There are three fans on the front panel, the fan on the right is not adjustable and runs at maximum power as it cools the cold zone for feeding granules from the feeder. A frequency converter is used to control the motor. A digital ammeter is located under the frequency converter, which shows the load on the motor in amperes. Also the extruder is equipped with electronics to watch the load and also didn't start the motor before the right barrel heater inside. Our machines are easy to use. Can work 24 hours x 7 days. Fast filament extrusion up to 5 kg or 25 m/minute. High durability thanks to stainless steel 304. Filament production with high accuracy 0.05mm.
