Description: Lot of 3 Vintage Otagiri Somayaki Somaware Cups I've had these for years. Not sure I ever used them. Just displayed them with the rest of the pieces I'll be listing. They are double-walled with gold around the rim and a gold horse in the bottom of each cup. Each cup is approximately 3 3/8" tall x 2 7/8" across the top. I'd call these a small cup. This design became popular in the 1960s and 1970s. These 3 weigh almost 2 pounds without a box or packing material. I'll be listing more of this design...tea cups and saucers.
