We unpack, inspect, and buff the footwear. If any damaged pairs are found (DAMAGE DOES NOT REFER TO SLIGHT SCUFFS) we remove them from the lot. We are required to stamp the footwear, either on the sole or inside, to ensure no one attempts to return the footwear to the manufacturer for a refund. Some footwear has the strings or inserts missing when we receive them. We replace them with the actual manufacturer's parts (COULD HAVE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT STYLE). We supply you with four standard pictures of a pair of the footwear from the lot that represents the condition of the whole lot we are selling. (TOP FRONT & RIGHT SIDE, TOP FRONT & LEFT SIDE , REAR & INSIDE VIEW, AND BOTTOM.) If there is a defect that would affect the function of the item, we will make an additional picture of the defect and note the defect in item specifics (this does not include every little scuff or mark). Depending on how you measure, you can get very different answers. Where is this item made?
