Lunchbox A popular moorei that has Leah Wilkerson genes. Fall pitchers are extremely eye catching with a bright white and contrasting candy red-colored throat blotch. Very reliable and fertile breeder. Father (pollen) plant: S. purpurea (Booman Floral) The largest purpurea I have in my collection. Large, round, and ornate pitchers with great color all year long. Gets even more colorful in winter during dormancy. Originally from Booman Floral in San Diego, CA. Seems to like hot weather in the growing season. 1st picture shows the two parent plants. 2nd picture shows the mother (pod) parent. 3rd picture shows the father (pollen) parent. 4th picture shows an example of the seeds you will get (not the quantity). 5th picture shows an example of how I bag my Sarracenia flowers in the spring. This cross was made in the Spring of 2024 and the seeds were harvested when ripe later in the same year. The cross was done carefully by hand. All manual crosses had bagged flowers to avoid any unwanted pollen contamination by nature. After harvest and drying, the seeds have been stored dry in the fridge to maximize longevity and viability. These seeds have NOT been stratified. You will need to do that yourself. I have been growing Sarracenia for 15 years and my goal is to make quality seeds and plants affordable to anyone that is interested in growing these amazing plants.
