Very bright colors that deepen over time. The pitchers last long in my conditions. This plant is very vigorous, divides readily, and flowers profusely. I use this plant in breeding every year. Father (pollen) plant: S. leucophylla var alba Hurricane Creek White “Avalanche” This leuco HCW plant is HCW "Cali clone" x HCW Clone A. It is a select plant that was chosen for being vigorous and extremely white. It’s rare in cultivation. It’s been a vigorous grower in my collection and the fall growth is outstanding. 1st picture shows the two parent plants. 2nd picture shows the mother (pod) parent. 3rd picture shows the father (pollen) parent. 4th picture shows an example of the seeds you will get (not the quantity). 5th picture shows an example of how I bag my Sarracenia flowers in the spring. This cross was made in the Spring of 2024 and the seeds were harvested when ripe later in the same year. The cross was done carefully by hand. All manual crosses had bagged flowers to avoid any unwanted pollen contamination by nature. After harvest and drying, the seeds have been stored dry in the fridge to maximize longevity and viability. These seeds have NOT been stratified. You will need to do that yourself. I have been growing Sarracenia for 15 years and my goal is to make quality seeds and plants affordable to anyone that is interested in growing these amazing plants.
