Description: Greetings. Up for sale is our exceptionally well maintained and modified 2019 Honda Civic Ex. This car was a gift to my wife from my father. We are the original and only owners. We never intended to sell this car which is why it has been as well built as it has. We recently had our second child which forces this sale to purchase a larger vehicle. Clean Illinois title in hand ready to be signed over to new owner. Comes with two key and the original window sticker. The car is washed/waxed and stored in my garage until the time of sale. Mileage may change slightly if people stop by for test drives. The car has been garage kept, well maintained and seletively modified. Maintenance includes oil changes every 3,000 miles with full synthetic oil and I have changed the CVT Transmission fluid every 20,000 miles. It has a new cabin air filter and the battery is about a year old. The car currently has 50,527 miles. Everything works on the car exactly as it should. Doors, windows, remote start, lights, AC, heat, heated seats, moonroof, stereo etc. This was my stay at home wife's car and we are selling only to sadly purchase a Telluride/Palisade. The exterior shows signs of use from age but there is not rust or dents or what I consider to be any major cosmetic defects. The car is accident free. There is some slight damage to the rear leather seats due to an improperly installed child's car seat. Otherwise there are in my opinion no major cosmetic defects. The Katskinz leather seats were a little over $3k installed in addition to the other modifications. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across the country. It has safely and efficiently drove our family around since 2019. It averages 28-32 MPGS in town and 34 plus on the highway. With the modifications I have mentioned the conservative estimate is about 250 HP which is the safe limit for the transmission. The car will come with the K Tuner and the files needed. This car is a hoot to drive and is quick, handles and brakes exceptionally well. The car is setup to run on Regular, Premium or an ethanol blend depending on availability of fuels to where you are.
