Description: this is a new open box hasbro marvel legends captain america action figure.this figure is part of the thanos build a figure series but this particular figure is not supposed to have a piece of the thanos figure inside the box.anyway there is wear on the box of this figure.there are scuffs,scratches,edge and corner wear.there is a large crease that spans the length of the backside of the box on the flap.the plastic part of the package has scuffs,scratches and spotting for sure.i did notice a factory defect on the shield of this figure.there appears to be some paint run or roll if you will on the upper right hand side of the figures shield.the tape has been slit on the right hand side of the box hence i am calling this is a new open box figure.i highly doubt that the figure was ever played with.thank you for looking at this listing.
