In addition, ESE mailings sometimes do not track accordingly through USPS and might take several days to be delivered after being scanned at your destination. Furthermore, ESE mailings sometimes are not scanned into the system ever by USPS and will still be delivered, just not scanned and tracked by USPS. If you prefer NOT to use ESE for items under $20 (after applied discount and not including shipping/tax), you can choose pay for an upgrade to have shipped in a bubble mailer, at their option, the adjusted cost would be $3.25 flat.
