This warranty does not cover installation labour or any additional expenses that may result from a defective product. Please make sure that the part you ordered is the correct part before installation, modification or alteration. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages. The part is sold as indicated on the front of the invoice. 6. The vehicle is not serviced at proper intervals, or fuel/oil/coolant is not used in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers specifications. 7. The engine oil and filter are not replaced and documented every 3000 miles with appropriate OEM recommended motor oil. (Must be documented). 8. The transmission fluid and filter are not replaced at time of installation with OEM recommended transmission fluid. (Must be documented). 9. Warranty is void if the heat tab(s) are removed or melted. 10. Warranty is void without original receipt. Terms and Conditions. 11. Transmission: It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace filters, seals, pan gaskets, and reset or replace computer codes when installing a transmission.
