No rigging, controls, steering, gauges, or propeller is included.We are a Mercury Outboard dealer and just took this engine on trade. The customer decided to upgrade to new pair of Mercury 300 V8's. This pair of engines is very clean and were just fully serviced by our factory trained technician. This pair of engines is ready for installation/ use. We just performed a complete service on this pair of engines per Mercury Spec. 300 Hour Engine Service. The service consisted of an engine oil and oil filter change. Fuel filters have been replaced. New belt, spark plugs, thermostat, water pump assembly, and a gear lube change. The engines run great and compression is perfect. The engines are a very clean pair of used 250 (L6) Verado's.
