Description: A little history first the Kansas State Quarter was released in 2005. The Philadelphia Mint made 263,400,000 and the Denver Mint made 300,000,000 plus the San Francisco Mint made 3,262,960 of the S Cooper-Nickel Proof Quarter and 1,678,649 of the S Silver Proof. Information obtained from U.S. Coins Guide. There were basically three errors popular with these coins 1.) In God We Rust 2.) The Humpback Bison error and 3.) The spitting Bison error. Information obtained from the U.S. Coins Guide. The coin I am offering is one of a kind. One in 568,341,609 coins produced and this one is different than any of the other Kansas State Quarters with it's mint errors! I have searched and goggled to try and locate another coin like the one I have but haven't found one! It has been certified by NGC. I have owned it since a few weeks after it made it's way into circulation in 2005. That is one reason the coin received the AU rating because once I had it I put it away in a safe place so it wasn't circulating many times like most coins. I can't explain how it ended up being the only one with these errors but a coin dealer back in that time that I received it told me he believed it had mint errors and told me to hold on to it which I did. That's why I had it certified through NGS to verify it. A person odds to hit the Powerball 1 in 292.2 million and Mega Millions 1 in 302.6 million. The odds of finding a coin like this is 1 in 568.3 million in other words this coin is special and I am fortunate to have had it for so long. Now it is waiting on it's new owner! Have a blessed day!
