Description: This lid is from a Wine barrel. Chateau Petrus in Bordeaux, France. It was taken directly off of the barrel, sanded slightly on top and still has the red color from the wine on the back. It was finished with a light stain to give it a nice look. It has a backer board and mounting bracket attached to the back so that it can be easily mounted on a wall. From a full size wine barrel measuring about 21" across.
