USPS First Class using the eBay Standard Envelope rate - This rate only allows the cards to be sent in a regular envelope with no padding, but they will be in the top loader. The cards will not be as well protected as they would if shipped in a padded envelope using Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage - It’s a discounted rate through eBay so it’s less expensive than the normal USPS rate. Cards will be in a top loader plus have pieces of cardboard around them and shipped in a padded envelope so there is less risk of any damage to the card.
