Condition: NOS, unused. Abrasions, chips and loss of paint, cracks in paint, staining, soiling, foxing, extensive discoloration and abrasions. Japanese pencils are among the best pencils made in the world. Colleen ceased production in 1997, and at some point they were third largest maker, after Mitsubishi and Tombow.
