Allowing paint to dry first may crack the edges of the paint when stencil is peeled off. A smooth vinyl will produce better results. Deeply grained vinyl may produce a few voids or less desirable results. These are the smaller size typical used across the back of the seat. Two quantity - enough to do two bikes or have a back up.
