It is glazed on the top and bottom. The item was purchased at a craft show in Wheaton, Illinois about 12 years ago. There is a tiny paint chip on the left rear foot. See close up photo.Vintage Alligator Terrarium figure measures 3 1/2 inches long, 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 inch tall. Hollow and glazed on the top and bottom. No chips, cracks or crazing.Very good condition on the Alligator. The Frog Tea Bag Holder has one tiny paint chip on it's rear foot. See close up photo.Not a child's toy.
