Description: 2 small Fossilized Coral- Pachyphyllum species -Devonian- Gila County, Payson, Arizona Not easy to come by. One is a little coral head. Collected way back 25 years. Scarce specimens, as they are found at the summit of a 2 mile trek on a 30 degree incline. Then when found, you have to turn over the rock as the face of the specimens are upside down. The rain disolving the sedimentary rock and leaving the septa of the coral for all to see underneath. But they are hidden till you turn them over. Very few are small. Hard to turn over a 200 pound rock so all you can get is small ones and they are scarce. I believe the site is long closed for 20 years. . Specimen will be well packed and shipped in a protective boxI combine shipping
