I bought a pack of these recently and cracked it open to add one to my collection, with the hopes that there would be others out there hoping to be able to own a piece of Pokemon history. These are pre-Pokemon branding, where it was just Pocket Monsters, a full year before it came to the US. They will be mailed in a toploader to preserve the NOS condition.
