Set of 20 1995 Classic Comic Strips USPS Prepaid 20c Postcards UX221-UX240, READ

Description: Last picture is a stock photo so you can see what each post card in the set looks like. TLDR: Could be the FDI cancellation set or just the plan prepaid postcard set. NOTE: If you recognize this packaging and know if its the First day issue set or the unused prepaid post card set, I'd appreciate a message to let me know! This is an unopened set, as such I am unsure if this is just the 20c prepaid postcards or if this is the set that has the First Day Cancellations. I assume most would rather have this in its original shrinkwrap, knowings its brand new and never been handled. However, I can also see that maybe one person may be interested in the First Day Issue cancelations set or vice versa the prepaid postcard set and then be turned off buy purchasing this as it I am not sure which this is anymore. I think by the nature of the packaging that these MIGHT be the FDI set. I like selling this as original and untouched as possible. I know that for me, being the one to open it is much more satisfying than just buying a full set. Maybe theres someone out there that is interested in both options this could be and wants to get this. I'll give this a bit of time and then I'll open it up to find out which it really is if it doesn't sell as is..
