Fuel Rail Covers come with notch out on passenger side for air hose pass-through to the valve cover but does NOT come with any notch outs along the top or Driver Side for any hose clamps, hoses, wire harnesses etc. (for esthetic purposes) These will have to be removed, moved and/or cut loose. Also note that you are modifying a car that did not come withfuel rail covers stock so there may be other hoses/sensors etc. that may have to be moved or modified.Typically the Brake Booster hose can be lengthened and run past the new Fuel Rail Cover.
