Description: Priced according to its HIGH GRADE AND “LOW POP”, this has just been graded by CGC (The PSA of Magazine grading). Michael Jordan Investor’s Journal Issue #3 1992 Silver Foil Version: This listing is for CGC Cert # 4396553004 – Graded 8.5 (LOW POP, only 7 higher grades, which may be partially due to the higher print run... if 1,750 would ever be considered higher... This individual magazine print # is 51 of 1,750 (SEE IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW). IMPORTANT NOTICE: The print-run of 17,500 shown on the back of the magazine is the TOTAL print run for ALL covers... (including Chris Webber, Nolan Ryan, Ozzie Smith, Ken Griffey Jr and Brett Farve). I’ve included “pics” of paperwork from the original company I purchased the magazine from. As you can see for Issue # 10 (see Investor’s Journal photo top right corner), the number of printed Gold Foil Michael Jordan’s was 4,250, but the number of RED FOIL Michael Jordan’s was only 425. And the Silver edition shows on the following page (“Back Issue Checklist”) as a print run of 1,750. These are extremely limited issue magazines. Page 1 of the paperwork also shows the list of insert cards which are still in the magazine. So what you have is LIMITED 30 year old magazine (1993), which leads me to believe there aren’t many un-graded out there, especially in this condition.
