Description: I am a former Longaberger consultant and am downsizing my collection. I used the 12th Edition Bentley Collection Guide to get the measurements for this basket. It is really hard to capture the true patina of a basket. I took these photographs outside in natural light. I have included a close up that I think represents the color pretty well. This 1992 Longaberger Magazine Basket is crafted from hardwood maple. It features a large rectangular shape with a honey brown color and two swinging handles for easy carrying. The basket comes with a plastic protector and two custom (non-Longaberger) liners. The basket was woven by hand in the United States and is an original piece from the Longaberger brand. Measuring 16 inches in length at the top longest measurment, standing 11 inches in height, and 8 inches in width, it is a great size for storing magazines or for toting any variety of items. The basket does have some white marks that are almost always present on any of these baskets that have been lovingly used. There is a chipped weave on the next to bottom weave on one of the near the smaller sides. I see no cracks or breaks in the plastic protector. All items are in very good condition from my smoke-free home. I am happy to combine shipping on items that can be included in the same packaging.
