This was the fourth and final running of the event, which was an enthusiastic foray into off-continent racing by the U.S.-based Sportscar Vintage Racing Association, employing a 1.3 mile street circuit in Freeport. Artwork features a Lotus leading a pack of vintage racers around a corner with an iconic Bahamian lighthouse and palm trees in the background. This artist proof is beautifully rendered in richly colored inks under the watchful eye of noted automotive artist Dennis Simon who is both the artist and publisher. The artist proofs are the first off the press after Simon approved the color matching to the original painting. Poster is signed by Dennis Simon in the lower right corner, and identified as an artist proof in the lower left. Poster measures 23" x 36" (59cm x 93cm). Poster is new, in beautiful condition.
