He is flexible and can move in different poses. Please see pictures for more details. In this listing you will receive the toy used but it comes as-is. The toy is in good condition overall. It has some coloring missing from the baseball uniform, which is probably from ware over the years, you can see in the photos how it is scratched off. He does pose with no problem.
