Description: I have for sale a souvenir medal for the Grand Opening of the Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut Transit District Operations and Maintenance Facility on February 17, 1988. The medal is bronze looking, it is three inches in diameter, 1/4 inch thick, very heavy and in a high grade circulated condition. The obverse at the rim reads GREATER BRIDGEPORT TRANSIT DISTRICT and in the center it shows part of a bus in front of a building.
