It lights up great and the motor for motion works great also. The unit looks like new and is in nearly flawless condition with only very minor scuffs and scratches on the faux wood. Even the faux wood frame looks great when it is not lit. There is a minor black mark near the logo but is barely visible.Instruction sticker on back of unit shows the bulb type. Aluminum piece on back slides off to access bulbs. I just changed one of the bulbs.
