I would have listed as NEW or NOS but I can not guarantee they were not used at one time. This Wrench Set was given to Chrysler MOPAR DODGE Master Technicians as an Award Annually. There is a Vinyl Case that is in Nearly NEW condition (few minor scuff marks on back side from sitting on mechanic shelf).
