Description: Lovely Madrid-style classical guitar (i.e., compares favorably to Ramirez), handmade in Spain by the well known builder, Anselmo Solar Gonzalez. 660mm scale with 54mm nut width. Action is 3-3.5mm (high/low E) at the 12th fret. Excellent condition with just a few very minor flaws preventing it from being near mint. In other words, it's a very clean guitar with no cracks, no previous repairs and no issues. All solid woods--Very fine grade cedar top, Indian rosewood back/sides, ebony fingerboard. This guitar sounds as good as it looks with the typical Madrid School thick bass and Spanish pop in the treble sound. Internally, the guitar displays many top shelf features such as 7 finely sanded fan braces, 2 bottom chevrons. Closely placed separate kerfing pieces attach the soundboard to the sides and a single band attach the back to the sides. All Original French Polish. Later in the seventies he had a workshop at number 30 Jabonera Street and, later, at number 24 Divino Pastor Street. Guitar ships in Featherweight (hard foam) case with built in hygrometer.
