This poster was designed by Belgian artist Guy Peelleart and commissioned by Bowie’s production / management company Mainman. It was recalled and never make it to the public because it depicts the dog’s genitals. The Diamond Dogs album cover which was also designed by Peelleart, originally had the dog’s genitals visible too and was hastily withdrawn and the offending private parts where airbrushed out. The poster measures approximately 18" x 32" and is in excellent condition. It has a pinhole in each of the four corners and a minuscule chip in the white border in the upper right corner along with light edge wear in the same area. The poster will ship by PRIORITY MAIL in a heavy duty POSTER TUBE to preserve your investment and GUARANTEE it arrives in the same condition as it was sent out in.
