They would send you a keychain fob with your license plate info and ask for donation, in exchange, they offered the service of mailing your keys back to you if ever were found. If you found a keychain with one of these fobs, you were to put it in the mail and it would be sent to The Disabled American Veterans and they would send to the owner. How cool was that!! They no longer process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1 day to get from North Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing center, then 1 day to get sorted. So there's a lag time of 3 days in there that eBay does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in Alaska.
