For any item that is faulty, broken in transit or has been damaged or rendered unusable upon receipt, will be covered for return shipping by ourselves, and we can seek recompense from the damaging party, or speak to the manufacturer for a replacement. Although we do not offer any customisable products - We have to state that anything that has personalisation or custom additions to the original spec, will not qualify for a refund, as this would have been made to order to your requirements.
