Windshield is broken and part missing. Should be an enclosed smoky bubble coving the driver. General wear and tear visible throughout car. Gyro wheel and gear box look clean but does show some mild wear from use. Working. Has driver with helmet. First 2 inches of cord works better than pulling the whole thing.
